The dating rumors between Wong Kun-hang and (G)I-DLE’s Shuhua were reportedly debunked by an unexpected source.
On January 1st, a series of viral posts on China’s Weibo showed Shuhua and Wong Kun-hang dining together at a restaurant, sparking dating rumors between the two. They were accompanied by four others, one male and three females.
Despite the presence of others, Chinese netizens speculated about a romantic relationship between the two idols.
SM Entertainment and CUBE Entertainment have not responded to these rumors, but they seem to have been debunked by a sasaeng fan.
Shortly after the rumors spread, a Weibo user posted claiming they had inquired about the situation through connections with a sasaeng fan. The sasaeng fan stated that Wong Kun-hang and Shuhua initially dined separately, but their companions—Wong Kun-hang’s male manager and several female dancers with Shuhua—knew each other, so they joined tables and ate together.
